Cost of delivery
Free delivery to the anywhere in Rep. of Ireland on orders with a value of €20 or more. On orders under €20 there will be an additional postage cost of €4.25.
United Kingdom postage cost of €7.90 (Up to 20kg). We will contact you for the correct pricing if the order comes over 20kg in weight.
Mainland Europe rates vary, please see table below. Additional costs may be incurred on larger parcels which may be requested before shipment.
Delivery & Next day delivery: When orders are received before 3pm, we try to provide a next day delivery service (next working day Monday - Friday) to anywhere in Ireland. 99% of our orders are delivered next day.
*For any reason we have a problem with having your product in stock, we will deliver your order in 2-5 working days from the day we receive your order. We will notify you by email/phone if there is any delay.
Processing Times: Online orders will be processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Missed delivery: If you miss your delivery from the An Post Courier, a 'missed delivery' notification will be left at the postal address. This notification allows you to collect your parcel at the local An Post collection office. Please check your tracking information online to find where your nearest collection office.

If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, you may return it to us. We have 2 return options...
1. To arrange return: To return unwanted product/s, simply visit An Post's returns website www.returnmyshopping.ie and fill in your information. As soon as it is received by Petstop we will issue a refund of the total cost of returned product/s. Cost of €3.95 applies.
2. Return instore: if items are purchased online you can replace or return them in any of our stores with the receipt of the online purchase.
Faulty goods - If the goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, you must let us know by phone or email within 48 hours. We will then organise a return.
International Shipping rates
Please note that cost below are a general guideline. Some international costs may change and vary, due to size and weight of parcel. If we find that the cost is dramatically different we will contact customer to request extra payment before shipping.
