Petstop Loyalty Card

General Loyalty Card scheme conditions

  1. The Petstop Loyalty Card scheme and Petstop Loyalty Card is operated by Petstop Limited Unit 2B, Westend retail Park, Westend, Dublin 15, Rep of Ireland.

  2. Petstop can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions, or any individual Petstop Loyalty Card account, at any time

  3. All Petstop Loyalty Cards are property of Petstop

  4. If we identify that you hold two or more Petstop Loyalty Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion

  5. The Petstop Loyalty Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Petstop reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage

  6. Petstop can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Petstop Loyalty Card account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers

  7. Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Petstop Loyalty Card account are subject to store network availability

  8. 10. Petstop will remove Petstop Loyalty Card points from Petstop Loyalty Card accounts that haven't been used for two years or have been closed

  9. 11. To benefit from the Petstop Loyalty Card scheme you must be aged 18 years or over. We will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached, excluding the distribution of their permanent Petstop Loyalty Card

Data protection

  1. Petstop Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. To enable us to provide, and inform you about, our products and services we share your information with external businesses working on our behalf in the Ireland and abroad. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal data

 

Collecting Petstop Loyalty Card points

  1. You will collect one Petstop Loyalty Card points for every €1 you spend on qualifying purchases; the number of points collected may vary. In store, points will usually be added to your Petstop Loyalty Card at the time you buy products and services included in the scheme

  2. If you forget your Petstop Loyalty Card, please ask the cashier to validate your receipt. You will need to provide the validated receipt within 45 days of the transaction with your Petstop Loyalty Card to be able to collect your points at the store till.

  3. After shopping online at Petstop.ie, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Petstop Loyalty Card account within five days of your products being despatched

  4. Points are not available on gift cards/vouchers except during special promotional events 

  5. During Petstop Loyalty Card points events, both in-store and online, existing points promotions will not be multiplied

  6. Online, Petstop Loyalty Card points promotions may not be available or may vary. Check individual promotion details

  7. Petstop Limited reserves the right to withdraw Petstop Loyalty Card points promotions/offers without notice

Spending Petstop Loyalty Card points

  1. One point is worth one cent to spend on products in store and online at Petstop.ie. We will not exchange Petstop Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable

  2. Petstop reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving licence etc. when redeeming points

  3. You will not qualify for Petstop Loyalty Card points, extra points when you pay with points

  4. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Petstop Loyalty Card points collection and redemption in store and online without notice

  5. Spending points may be subject to network availability in store or online

Returning goods

  1. If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of Petstop Loyalty Card points collected from your Petstop Loyalty Card account

  2. If a product you buy with Petstop Loyalty Card points is faulty, please return it to any Republic of Ireland Petstop store. If necessary, we will credit your account with the correct number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances
