The Clover+ Range
Clover+ Gentle Joints – Joint & Mobility
A chicken-based mobility chew built around 250mg of glucosamine per chew, alongside green lipped mussel, chondroitin, MSM and fish collagen peptides. Salmon oil adds omega-3, and boswellia, turmeric, rosehip and ginger round out the formula. Vitamin C is included for its role in normal collagen formation.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are structural components of cartilage. Green lipped mussel is a natural source of glycosaminoglycans and is one of the better-researched joint ingredients for dogs, although results vary between products and studies.
Best forGive it time: allow 4 to 6 weeks of daily feeding before judging the difference. Joint supplements work through consistent use, not as instant relief.

A turkey-based chew that supports digestion from several angles rather than relying on a single probiotic. Psyllium, pumpkin seed and flaxseed provide complementary fibre. Chicory inulin and mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) act as prebiotics that feed beneficial gut bacteria. It also contains Bacillus velezensis DSM 15544, an EU-authorised gut-flora stabiliser for dogs, plus a postbiotic and pineapple and ginger.
Psyllium is a soluble, water-holding fibre that helps support normal stool consistency and regular bowel movements, which is why it's often used for dogs whose stools vary.
Best forTip: if your dog isn't used to extra fibre, start with a lower amount and build up over a few days.

A chicken-based chew combining 90mg of L-tryptophan with four traditional calming botanicals: passionflower, chamomile, lemon balm and valerian root. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid the body uses to make serotonin. The botanicals have a long history of use for relaxation.
It's designed for everyday settling, not sedation. Calming chews work best as one part of a plan that also includes routine, positive-reinforcement training and reducing exposure to the trigger.
Best forTiming: give ahead of a predictable stressful event rather than during it.
Not suitable for pregnant or lactating bitches. If your dog is on any behavioural medication or sedative, check with your vet first.

A fish-based chew with four omega-3 sources: salmon oil, algal DHA, flaxseed and chia seed. Zinc, biotin and vitamins C and E support normal skin and coat condition, while blueberry and grape seed extract add plant antioxidants. Fish collagen peptides complete the formula.
Omega-3 fatty acids contribute to normal skin condition and a healthy-looking coat, and are widely used in veterinary nutrition for that reason.
Best forGive it time: coat changes follow the hair growth cycle, so allow 6 to 8 weeks of daily feeding.

Setting Realistic Expectations
Clover+ chews are complementary feeds that support normal function. They aren't medicines, they don't cure or treat disease, and they don't replace veterinary care or prescribed medication. The best results come from:
- Giving the chews every day at the right serving for your dog's weight
- Allowing enough time: 4–6 weeks for joints, 6–8 weeks for coat
- Pairing calming chews with training and routine
- Telling your vet about every supplement your dog takes
When to See a Vet
A supplement is for everyday support. See your vet instead, or first, if your dog shows any of the following:
- Joints: limping, obvious pain, difficulty standing, swelling, or a sudden drop in mobility
- Digestion: persistent diarrhoea, vomiting, blood in the stool, or weight loss
- Calm: severe anxiety, aggression, self-injury, destructive separation distress, or a sudden change in behaviour
- Skin: intense itching, hair loss, sores, hot spots, recurring ear problems or severe dandruff
Check with your vet before starting any Clover+ chew if your dog is on anti-inflammatory, behavioural or other long-term medication, has a bleeding disorder, liver or gut disease, is due for surgery, or has a known poultry, fish or shellfish allergy.

Can I give more than one Clover+ chew to my dog?
The four formulas have different jobs, so some owners use two side by side. Check the combined treat intake against your dog's daily food, and speak to your vet before combining Happy Skin with other zinc or vitamin supplements.
How long before I see a difference?
It depends on the formula. Allow 4–6 weeks of daily feeding for Gentle Joints and 6–8 weeks for Happy Skin. Peaceful Pooch is best given ahead of a known trigger, and Belly Balance is designed for consistent daily use.
How much glucosamine is in Clover+ Gentle Joints?
Each chew contains 250mg of glucosamine hydrochloride. A small dog on 1 chew gets 250mg a day, a medium dog on 2 chews gets 500mg, and a large dog on 3 chews gets 750mg.
Is Peaceful Pooch a sedative?
No. It's formulated to help dogs settle during everyday situations, not to sedate them. For severe anxiety or noise phobia, talk to your vet about a full behaviour plan.
Is Belly Balance a probiotic?
It goes further than a single probiotic. It combines fibre, prebiotics (chicory inulin and MOS), a postbiotic and a named gut-flora stabiliser, Bacillus velezensis DSM 15544.
How long does a pouch last?
Each 180g pouch holds 60 chews: 60 days for a dog under 10kg, 30 days for 10–20kg, and 20 days for a dog over 20kg.
