Subscription - Questions

 

How can I subscribe?
Getting started is easy, simply select the product you want, then select the frequency (3 weeks, 4 weeks etc) and complete your order as usual. That's it!

What products can I add?
As this is a new service - you can only subscribe to dog food, cat food and medical supplies e.g flea treatments.  We will add other products and categories.  

How can I pay?
Once you subscribe we will charge your credit/debit card in accordance with your selected frequency/delivery.

What happens if the price of the product increases?
Occasionally, due to factors such as changes in supplier or shipping costs, we may need to adjust our product prices.  We will update the price as needed and you will be notified 2 days before every order is processed.  You can edit or change any product before the order is processed. 

What happens if my payment has been declined?
Our system will try for payment 3 times over the next 6 day period. After this the subscription will be cancelled. To reactivate, simply start a new subscription. 

Where will you deliver my parcel to?
Your order will be delivered to your desired address by our courier DPD. Usual delivery times and rates apply.  

How can I track my order?
Like any of our online orders, your order will be processed and our courier DPD will collect as normal. You will receive the usual notification emails and SMS text messages, including the 1 hour window of delivery on the day of delivery. 

When will I receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. If your order date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, then your parcel will be dispatched on the following working day.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
That’s no problem at all. You can pause, cancel or reactivate your subscription anytime. Simply click the 'Subscriptions' tab after you log into your Petstop account. 

Can I change my billing date?
You can pause your subscription in your Petstop account but if you are having any issues please contact us and we will do our best help. 

How do I change the billing or delivery address on my account?
Simply log into your account and you can make the changes there. 

How do I update or change my payment method?
Simply log into your account and you can make the changes there.  

I forgot my password! What should I do?
You will be sent a one time pass code to your email to gain access to your subscription account.
