Petstop Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

   • Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over.

   • By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • You must sign up for the Petstop Loyalty program as well as a Petstop Account. Only then can you start earning points.

2. Earning Points

   • Points are earned on qualifying purchases at Petstop stores and petstop.ie.

   • Points are calculated on the final transaction amount after discounts.

   • Some items may be excluded from earning points (e.g., gift cards, certain promotions).

3. Redeeming Points

   • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases in-store or online.

   • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

   • Minimum points balance may be required before redemption.

4. Account Management

   • You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

   • Points are personal to your account and cannot be transferred.

5. Changes to the Program

   • Petstop may change or end the program at any time.

   • Any changes will be posted on petstop.ie.

6. Misuse

   • Petstop reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership if there is misuse or suspected fraud.

7. Data Protection

   • We will handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy available at petstop.ie.
