Role: Sales Assistant
Location: Various stores nationwide
Purpose of the Role:
We are currently recruiting both full-time and part-time Sales Assistants in various locations nationwide to join our team in stores across the country. This role is perfect for friendly, dedicated animal lovers who enjoy working with people and pets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and product advice to pet owners
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets’ needs
- Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Receive, unpack, and display stock in line with store standards
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment
- Assist with merchandising, promotions, and seasonal displays
- Follow all company policies and health & safety procedures
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Care for any animals in-store (if applicable), ensuring their welfare at all times
