Purpose of the role:
We currently have a position available for a Retail Supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth running of the store in the manager’s absence.
- Guide and support staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with stock control, including deliveries, replenishment, and merchandising.
- Monitor store presentation and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Uphold health, safety, and welfare standards at all times.

Purpose of the role:
We currently have positions available for Full-Time & Part Time staff for all our stores.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure excellence in customer service at all times.
- Work with the Store Manager on all duties within the store.
- Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the store.
