🎉 Petstop 30th Birthday Competition – Terms & Conditions

a.      Promoter
The promoter is Petstop (Petstop Limited), registered in Ireland.

b.      Eligibility
Competitions are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Petstop, their immediate families, agents, or any third party professionally connected with the competition.

c.      Entry

                          i.      No purchase necessary for some competitions like our 'Guessing-Game'

                       ii.      One €500 Petstop Gift Voucher will be awarded per participating store.

                     iii.      To be eligible, customers must make a purchase in-store during the 30th Birthday Celebration on 10th May 2025.

                      iv.      Only paying customers are eligible to enter the prize draw.

                        v.      At one random interval during the day, an automated timer will appear on till screen. The customer currently being served at the till for payment of goods or next in line to be served at the till for payment of goods when the timer activates will be selected as the winner.

                      vi.      A transaction is considered complete once the customer receives their receipt or the payment and transaction has been processed in full.

                   vii.      This promotion is valid only on 10th May 2025, unless otherwise stated.

d.     Prizes

                          i.      Prizes will vary per store and per competition and will be clearly stated at the point of entry.

                       ii.      Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

                     iii.      Petstop reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

e.      Winner Selection & Notification

                          i.      Winners will be selected at random or by panel (where applicable) from all valid entries.

                       ii.      Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

f.       Publicity
By entering the competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and/or photo for publicity purposes related to the competition, in-store or on Petstop’s social media channels, without additional compensation.

g.      Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Petstop’s privacy policy.

h.     General

                          i.      Petstop reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.

                       ii.      Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
