Common App Issues

1. Trouble logging in

  • Check that you are using the correct email address and password.

  • Use the “Forgot password” option in the app to reset your password.

  • If you still cannot log in, contact us and let us know the email you used to register.

2. Orders and payments

  • Confirm that your internet connection is stable before placing an order.

  • If an order seems stuck or you are unsure whether payment went through, do not place a duplicate order; contact us with your order number, date, and approximate time.

  • For billing questions or refunds, our support team can review your order details and advise on next steps.

3. App crashes or performance issues

  • Restart the app and your device, then try again.

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of the Petstop app from the App Store.

  • If the problem continues, note what you were doing when the issue occurred (e.g. browsing, checkout, viewing a product) and send this information to our support team.


Managing Your Data & Privacy

We take pet owners’ privacy seriously and are committed to keeping your information safe.

  • You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing info@petstop.ie from the address linked to your account.

  • For updates to your marketing preferences, adjust your settings in the app (if available) or contact us and we will update them for you.
